I know I usually take a ton of pictures anyways, but at some point in the year I try to go take pictures of all our boys. When it was just Mitch and Bray we would go get our pictures done. Soon after August was born we took our last annual pictures at the studio, it closed. Sad times. It was super affordable and they always did some fun poses. Brent loves getting pictures of his boys. It is also fun to look back and see our family grow and the kids grow into young men. So this year I chose to do it for our Father's Day gift. I drove up along the Crooked River towards the Bowman Dam cause it's a nice little 15-20 min drive from our house. We would pull over and park at different camp grounds or areas along the road. Emmett kept falling asleep, so you can tell by the end he was D.O.N.E.
MOST of the boys were good sports about it. Mitch refused to wear a button up shirt. He thought his V-neck was nice. I said it wasn't about being nice it was about matching....oh well. I think they turned out amazing. But I may be biased about how extremely handsome all my boys are!

Emmett really wanted to get down and play. So I am happy with how the pictures turned out with him being tired and constrained by his brother....
He can not resist throwing rocks. So we took a few minutes to throw some rocks in to the river at each stop too!
Brayden and August are the hardest to get to smile naturally in pictures. They always get weird about smiling and never look like themselves...
