But sometimes she decides to take us other places to get screen time in...like the library.
Of course August has his own wonderful sense of fashion.
At the library Aug likes to start out on the computers and then we walk around and read EVERY scooby doo book they have. Then, he sits and tries to decide what book to check out. Same books every time, but we still need to go through this ritual.
We gave Grandma Kay her mouse ears from Disneyland.
And of course there is baseball, baseball, and more baseball!!!
Here is Mitch.
First game after our trip to Disneyland.
He was so excited.
Then Daddy had a birthday party...kind of.
He actually had to work. But when he came home we had his favorite strawberry shortcake.
Boys will be boys
August burnt his arm on the stove...
This was after one of the changing of the dressings.
It looked so painful...
I got a new carpet to go under the dining table. It is for Outdoor use, but it was perfect and colorful! Just how I like it.
We visited Jen and met the new puppy Sheila.
Hung out with Carleen and the kids again...
Fun trip to the park, hung out in the backyard, I jumped on the trampoline until the boys kicked me off to wrestle, and we got to eat some bbq.
The boys love having their cousin time.
We booked another camping trip to Waldo Lake at the end of July. Super excited. It was such a gorgeous and wonderful place. Said to be one of the purest lakes in the world. Gotta love Oregon treasures. Plus family time is the best.
What a great idea. "Homework" days for me. I totally need to do that.
